The crunch comes from premium kadayif—crispy shredded phyllo balanced to enhance, not overpower, the rich pistachios. For those looking for more sensory stimulus, Brics' extra-crunchy edition swaps phyllo for crunchier vermicelli.
The Shell
A thin, shiny and snappy cocoa shell is the true mark of an excellent Dubai chocolate experience. Many producers use untempered chocolate to cut costs, but it results in a dull shell with a grainy or streaky texture that melts easily.
The Pistachio
Authentic Dubai chocolates should have a pistachio filling that is smooth and creamy, not dry and crumbly. Our pistachios are exclusively sourced from Italy, known for the best quality pistachios in the world!
The Balance
Pistachios are a delicate flavor that is easily overpowered. Most Dubai chocolates are way too sweet. We use a proprietary milk and dark cocoa compound to deliver a balanced taste that delights the senses.

While our signature Dubai Delight contains kunafa (which contains gluten), we’re working on a gluten-free version! Stay tuned.
